Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a painful chronic inflammatory skin disease which impacts quality of life substantially. Its prevalence is estimated to 0.7%.1 Various pathophysiological hypotheses exist, but no therapeutic consensus, making the management of HS patients complex.
