This is somewhat worrying!
Yes I agree that this is concerning- I wonder if these have been used in other parts of the world. I fear that a huge amount of money has been spent during the Covid crisis on equipment that has not been utilised. Look at the Nightingale hospitals - maybe if these had been made into care institutions we would not have seen the huge numbers of deaths in the UK.
