Well said James- I have to say that both myself and my staff are finding this area particularly challenging as there are many patients who are seeing the practice as the blocker rather than a nationally directed system. As you say, it can affect long standing relationships with patients who have strong feelings that they should be vaccinated before their cohort is due.
